SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Danni Gyrl's Playhouse!

• In-stock orders typically ship within 1–5 business days.

• Pre-order items typically ship within 2–3 weeks. If delays occur, we'll notify you.

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available. If you'd like your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

• Please review product descriptions, sizing, shipping information, and your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

• Express shipping delivery is typically 1–2 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

• Danni Gyrl's Playhouse is not responsible for carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or packages marked as delivered.

• If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you regarding available options.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.

• Package Protection covers packages damaged in transit or marked as not delivered by the carrier.

 

Lost Packages where tracking shows delivered


1. File Claim with USPS or UPS. 800-275-8777 or 800-742-5877
2. File police report 
3. Wait for USPS / UPS investigation results.

4. We Are Not Responsible for lost packages that state “delivered”.

5. If you are in an area where your package can possibly be stolen please consider using another shipping address.

THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY ONCE A TRACKING NUMBER IS ISSUED AND THERE’S MOVEMENT ON THE PACKAGE. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THAT YOU INPUT THE CORRECT INFORMATION FOR SHIPPING PURPOSES. CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING BOTH WAYS IF ITEMS NEED TO BE SENT BACK UNLESS WE ARE RESPONSIBLE.
