• In-stock items typically ship within 1–5 business days.

• Pre-order items typically ship within 2–3 weeks. If there is a delay, we'll keep you updated.

• Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship once all items are available.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

• Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

• Express shipping delivery typically takes 1–2 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we'll be happy to assist.

• Once your package has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. While we do our best to help, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
