RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Danni Gyrl's Playhouse, we want you to love your purchase.
If your item isn't quite right, eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, or signs of wear
• Returned with original tags attached, when applicable
Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promotions
If an order was placed using a Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion and one or more items are returned, the promotion will be recalculated based on the items kept.
- The free item has no cash value and is not eligible for a refund or store credit.
- If a customer returns a purchased item from a Buy 2 Get 1 Free order, any store credit or exchange amount will be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing.
- Customers must return all items from the promotion to receive full credit for the qualifying items.
- Store credit will only be issued for the amount paid for eligible returned items after promotional adjustments.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please email dgp@dannigyrlsplayhouse.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of your request
• Photos of the item(s)
Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
After your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued via email. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase on our website.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Email dgp@dannigyrlsplayhouse.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement item if available.
